Refund policy
Most of our physical MERCHANDISE is eligible for our 30-day refund policy.
If your product is faulty or damaged, you can request a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it.
Request A Return
If a physical merchandise item you receive is faulty or damaged, please email AnHolt@DenabiPublishing.com and provide the following:
• Order #
• Written description of the fault or damage to the item.
• Photo(s) of the damaged or faulty product.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
• Condition of Item: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Eligibility: Returns and refunds are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
• Limitations: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items based on customer dissatisfaction or if you change your mind.
Return Shipping
Depending on the fault or damage, we may ask you to ship the item back to us in order to be refunded. If this occurs, a shipping label will be emailed to you.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect or damage. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards.
• Downloadable software products.
• Book with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item for which a return and/or refund is requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is either authorized via your email or after your item has been received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Your refund amount will be in full, unless you have requested a replacement item. If you have requested a replacement item (that is the same item) then there will be no refund. A replacement order will be made for you and you will receive your order detail in an email as you did with the original order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please check the sizing chart in each listing to verify size. If you want to talk to someone who has worn the product, reach out to us AnHolt@DenabiPublishing.com.
Shipping
If an item needs to be shipped back to you, then the address to send it to will be in your email. Otherwise, reach out to us at AnHolt@DenabiPublishing.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
